Recently John Piper wrote a helpful short two part series entitled Physical Exercise: What I do and Why. Piper has kept up a life-long commitment to regular physical exercise in the context of a huge amount of other things demanding his time. In this little series he has some very helpful things to say on the purpose of exercise in the Christian life, and especially in the life of those in Christian ministry.
